In order to fill a potential labour capacity gap later this year, our client is seeking senior, experienced refinery operations personnel—both console and field—to participate in a structured training program at a facility in Ontario. Training is expected to take place for approximately six weeks beginning late March.

Following successful completion of the program, participants would transition into an on‑call/standby readiness status to support operational continuity should additional skilled resources be required. This readiness period is expected to fall between June and September.
